Just like the students and staff of a community living together, every boarding school is unique. Working out the best possible boarding system be it vertical or horizontal can be difficult. At King's we use the Vertical system as it works best for our students, the parents, the staff and our facilities. There are so many differing opinions of which system is better and why, we would like to present to you the reasons the Vertical system works for us, hopefully we can provide you with some thoughts and ideas that you can take with you to help with your boarding community so as to continue to provide the best possible experience for your students, staff and parents.
