Three years ago, Brisbane Grammar School re-worked their staffing model and culture. The school will readily share the process they went through, the options they considered, the model they implemented, and the successes and pitfalls of the experience, with the aim of enabling leaders of boarding communities to reflect on the effectiveness of their current structure, and what model would best suit their residential community.
